Hi All,

I have uninstalled the Yack Shack (chat area) and replaced it with another chat programe. This new chat area should be self loading and is situated toward the end of the forums. You simply add a username and logon and it will take you into the chat lobby.

Can I please ask you to try this out and see if it works for you. I have been testing it both on my normal computer and laptop and both worked fine. However when i got someone else to try it all they got was a red x which some of you may have seen in the past on websites or emails when a picture wont load. I cant remember what the programe is that they are missing for this to happen.

Anyway your feed back on this would be appreciate to let me know if you are able to use it or not. It is my intention that if we can get it working well enough we can hold eparties on here or team meetings or whatever you like or just a social catch up.

Oh thats fantastic news. Thanks so much. I hope if we can get enough people it works for we can make a regular chat time and if people are free pop on and say hello - i also thought if it works well enough we can plan eparties on here which will not only spread the site of this around a bit more but i will do what i can to actively advertise the eparty on here to help those who choose to run them.

I have held a couple of Eparties in the past so am more than happy to give you some tips or games if you were interested. Eparties can be a great way of advertising your products, getting some orders and having a great fun night.

I hope that with getting a stable chat on here people will consider holding their eparties on here or msn or whever....either way i love a good eparty and always go along to offer support and make a purchase or two

Well I am very excited to say that it seems as though this chat module is working fine. Tonight it got christened with Rachel and Gail coming into chat to find me twiddling my thumbs. I nearly fell off my chair when i saw someone enter hahaha. But the good news is it works. Even complete with the facility to float the chat room to the middle of your screen and then enlarge it to a full screen chat.
So thanks again Rachel and Gail for making my night woo!!!!
Hope to see some of you in there from time to time. Only draw back is that once you are in chat you cant go off browsing. But other than that as long as you have java it should work well and will remember your login so you dont have to keep typing your name. If anyone has any problems using it please let me know and if anyone is wanting to arrange a meeting time feel free to suggest a time as it would be great to chat with you all.
