Hi everyone,
I am doing a fundraiser for a Nursing Home in a few weeks.

My ultimate goal is for this fundraiser to give me as many ample leads for future shows as possible.
Of course my aim is to make as much money as possible for the Nursing Home but I am trying to 'reach' a different demographical market/area than where I live. I feel that this fundraiser is the best possible chance of getting my name out there into this area where I believe will benefit my business 100%.

I sell everything "bling"! My product is high end fashion jewellery at its best.
Jewellery not only for women but for men & children too, at affordable prices!
Its handmade, exquisite jewellery featuring AAA quality Cubic Zirconia, Swarovski Crystal, 14kt Solid Gold Earring Posts & genuine natural Gemstones! All of the jewellery is also lead & nickel free. There are over 4,000 jewellery pieces in the product range therefore it helps me as there is always something for everyone - however I will only be taking approximately 120 jewellery pieces with me.

I will only have 1.45hrs to promote my business to the staff - approximately 40 of them.

The nursing home will receive 15% of the total retail sales.
The hostess gift - A beautiful gold bracelet with gorgeous Swarovski Crystals valued at $85 will be raffled (money raised to N/H)

What do you think I should give them for bookings that I receive?
Should I give them anything if someone signs up?
Have I missed something?

I obviously want to receive as many details about potential hostesses as possible. I was thinking of having a 'huge' cuddly Easter Bunny holding a basket full of Easter Eggs & have this as a 'free' draw. Eg: Simply fill out your details & go into the entry to win!!
What do you think? Or do you have any other ideas? How else can I get their names & phone details?

I will be doing the fundraiser by myself, which I don't think will be a problem, but Im a little concerned when it comes to filling out their orders. Most of the staff will be coming to have a look in their lunch break, so they won't have much time. Do you have any time efficient ideas?

Thanks so much for reading and any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.
Have a great day everyone.

Regards
Lisa
