Just a suggestion to all you partyplan people out there. To help my customers be a bit more organised, I have made up my own desktop calendar.

I created it on my pc, on one side is the calendar for 2008 and on the other side are my personal details so my customers know when it is suitable for them to have a party and they can choose their own date, and they have my personal details on hand to contact me. So there is no excuse, they cannot say they didn't have contact details.

So far so good with the desktop calendars, I have handed them out at my December shows, will be handing them out Jan and Feb shows. Plus handing them out to people I have never met has actually generated some outside orders for me.

If anyone wants to know more, send me an email please
P.S. Sorry, the costings for this is extremely cheap.
